Because in 2009 we started with a handful of technical colleagues, but we have now grown to five branches in the Netherlands and we have more 160 colleagues richer. Due to our extreme customer focus and various innovations that we have brought to the market, we have a market leading position. Much of our work still takes place in the BeNeLux, but our service engineers are regularly flown in all over the world for projects in gearbox repair and maintenance.
Whereas we usually recruit people from The Netherlands, we have noticed that there is a group of highly skilled engineers from Spain who are looking for an opportunity to work and live in the Netherlands.
